Luang Prabang

This is in Luang Prabang, a charming town on the Mekong river in Laos. We all had a wonderful time here, hopping on and off Tuk Tuks, swimming in waterfalls, eating river weed and sticky rice, going to the night markets, feeding monks at six in the morning and meeting the lovely people of Laos.Posted by Picasa

Laos

This is in a little village off the Mekong called Ban Xang Hai, known as the 'Whisky Village' due to it's free flowing lao-lao. The boys bought some bottles with real snakes and scorpions inside!
